Automated the Asaan Digital Account onboarding pipeline for one of Pakistan's largest mobile wallets, handling verification and back-office steps that previously required a full manual team.
Onboarding team reduced from 9 people to 5, with faster turnaround
Built an unattended bot to process large volumes of card reissuance requests end-to-end — validating records, updating core systems and producing audit-ready logs for every transaction.

Built a system that classifies live network states from packet captures (congestion, flooding attack, normal operation) and uses retrieval-augmented agents to explain the root cause and propose mitigation.

About me
I'm Hashir — an RPA consultant and MSc Applied Artificial Intelligence graduate based in London. I've spent my career at the point where business operations meet software: understanding how work actually flows through a company, then building automation that respects that reality.
I've delivered for national-scale fintechs and for ten-person SMEs, and the principle is the same at both ends: automate the right process, build it properly, and make sure the people around it trust it.
